Vibrant and alive schools are those schools, which have a true partnership between the school and home. Walnut Park Montessori School is committed to this partnership. We welcome parent involvement on all levels. Parents are asked to attend our orientation night in September to be informed about all the ways to be involved in the school both on the mission advancement level and on the classroom level. We invite our parents to share
in the Mission of the school through all our friend raising and fund raising endeavors.
We also welcome parents to share in the Mission of the CSJ's through promoting love of the "dear neighbor" while fostering a spirit of unity and reconciliation at home.
We welcome parents' participation in classroom activities through volunteering to be room parents (coordinating classroom celebrations), assisting at our monthly pizza
day lunches, coming in to read a story, sharing a cultural tradition or religious holiday tradition, and/or sharing a career or hobby.
