Walnut Park Montessori School has an open and on-going admissions process. Reregistration for present families concludes in mid-December. It is at this time that the availability of space is determined for incoming children. Once a family determines that this is their school of choice, an application form along with a non-refundable fee of $300 is forwarded to the school office. Of this fee, $250 is applied to your final tuition payment, provided the child completes the year. Parents are notified of acceptance in January of the year the child will be entering the school. An additional $250 non-refundable tuition payment is due at that time to secure the space. If Walnut Park is not able to accommodate an applicant, the deposit of $250 is refunded.
Walnut Park Montessori School is a private, non-profit school. Tuition at Walnut Park Montessori School is projected a year in advance and voted on each spring by the Board of Trustees. Please contact the school at 617-969-9208 for additional information.

Tuition is paid in two equal payments, due September 1st and February 1st.
The following numbers represent projected tuition for 2008-2009 school year.
Full Day (8:30 - 2:30) Program $9200
Half Day (8:30 - 11:30) Program $7700

Throughout the school year, days are designated as Visiting Days for those families
interested in enrolling a child. A welcome by the principal and a short video on Montessori education is followed by a brief history of the school, an opportunity
to ask questions, and a visit to the classrooms.
The Visiting Day lasts approximately one hour, beginning @ 8:45 am. Appointments are necessary.
This day is geared toward parent information and parent observation so we
